FRESH START is based on our unique, evidence-based self-leadership framework, which has 3 fundamental elements: self-knowledge, self-goalsetting, and self-regulation. Throughout the Program, you will learn what these three elements mean, why they are important, and, most importantly, how you can master them.

How it works
The basis of the FRESH START program consists of weekly video lessons and workbook exercises over a time period of 12 weeks. In order to accommodate both your desire for support, willingness to invest time, as well as different investment abilities, we’ve made the program available in 3 different plan options:
1. The ESSENTIAL Plan
This includes 12 video lessons with me, delivered weekly over the course of 12 weeks. With each video lesson, you will also be sent a digital workbook with a couple of simple exercises, so you can apply the learning in practice.
2. The PREMIUM Plan
This plan includes the ESSENTIAL Plan PLUS access to a private Facebook group with unlimited Q&A support, 3 live sessions with short summaries of course content and opportunities to ask questions. You will also be asked to do a quick weekly check in with a short reflection on that week’s exercises. The purpose of this is to keep you on track and accountable - both of which are super powerful to create the change you want.
3. The GOLD Plan
This plan is for those of you who are super serious and want extra individual support on your goal journey in the form of 3x individual, 1:1 self-leadership coaching sessions with me of 60 minutes each. You can book these sessions at any time convenient to you throughout the 12-week program.

If you asked me when my own self-leadership journey begin, I'd say as a young kid: For as long as I can remember, I had a fascination with the fact that some people seem to be able to create the life of their dreams, while others struggle from one hurdle to the next, are uninspired, unmotivated and unhappy. It’s what eventually drove me to study the human mind. But that's not to say that I haven't had my fair share.
Believe me, I get it. In fact, I’ve been there myself, more times than I’d like to admit. Whether it’s my struggle to exercise regularly (I’ve got a PhD in public health for goodness’ sake!), my nearly lifelong journey to find the work of my dreams, or the emotional roller-coaster I went through when I realised that my so-called 'perfect' life didn’t actually FEEL perfect at all and I knew I had to change something.
Even worse – I felt as though I should have it all figured out! After all, I studied psychology for 5 years (MPsych), specialising in both talent development and health psychology. I did a PhD, identifying effective strategies to help people create a healthier lifestyle. I became a qualified coach in Neurolinguistic programming and Acceptance Commitment Training (ACT), and I did a certification in positive psychology practice.
In addition to that, I read about every single book there is about motivation, willpower, self-discipline, procrastination, mindsets, happiness, meaning and purpose, grit, and how to make new habits stick. Last but not least, I became an expert (and possibly slight fanatic) of self-leadership.
While I had to learn (the tough way) that real and sustainable progress requires the knowledge, mastery and orchestration of many different skills, I was eventually able to realise many of my own dreams. Whether this is about my beautiful family, living a healthy lifestyle by the beach, travelling the world, working for myself or having established financial security - I'm pretty dang proud of myself.

Frequently asked questions:
Why is the program so long? Do you also offer a shorter version?
Fair question. I agree - 12 weeks is pretty long for an online course and even for me it would be nicer to have a shorter commitment only. However, the reason I created this course is to help you identify and accomplish meaningful goals. That always includes the establishment of at least one new habit.
Unfortunately (and I'm sure you've experienced this), habits take a little while to form. So many people fail on their journey, because they get excited in the beginning, mistake this for motivation, and two weeks later it all falls apart and they are back to square one. I WANT YOU TO SUCCEED.
The thing is, when starting this course, we don't even jump straight into performing our new goal behaviour. Instead, we do some of the ground work first (another point where many fail as most people don't even do this). I also don't want to overburden you each week and will only send you one video lesson and a couple of short exercises at any one time. One of the key lessons for everyone to learn is to take small, but consistent steps. In this 12-week program, you will get to do exactly that - all while you have amazing support.
Do I have to join Facebook/ the Facebook group?
The ESSENTIAL Plan does not include any involvement with the Facebook group, so if that's what you decide to book, the answer is 'no'. For the other two Plans the answer is 'yes'.
